Alexis Phillips
A founding partner of Team Coaching International and a co-developer of the Team Diagnostica suite of diagnostic tools, Alexis Phillips has worked with teams and team development for more than 20 years. She has served a full spectrum of clients, including: Oracle, Microsoft, Corbis, ITP, Compaq Computer and Market Tools. Alexis is the co-founder of the Team and Work Group Coaching (SIG) for the International Coach Federation. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development.
