Amanda Hamilton

Amanda and Sandy run detox centres in Scotland and overseas, and Bodymind Detox clinics in partnership with Napiers and Culpepers. Amanda is a regular nutritionist on GMTV and presents UKTV's hugely successful series Spa of Embarrassing Illnesses and the BBC series How to Live Longer. In January 2007 she will be presenting a new primtetime series for Channel 4 with Sara Beeny called Toxic. She will also be appearing on Something for the weekend on BBC 2. Sandy Newbigging works internationally as a coach, therapist and trainer.
