Mindapples is a global campaign that, since 2008, has been teaching people how their minds work and encouraging everyone to take better care of their minds. It builds apps and e-learning, delivers training to businesses and charities, and supplies campaign materials and support to voluntary groups, healthcare bodies, schools and universities to promote mental health and wellbeing.
Its professional training programmes have been used by some of the biggest names in global business, and have been shown in independent trials to help people handle stress and improve their wellbeing. Tens of thousands of people have now shared their 5-a-day for their minds via the Mindapples website, and at events and pop ups all around the world.
