Matt Zurbo

Matt Zurbo is the author of two young adult novels, Idiot Pride (shortlisted for the CBCA Awards, Older Readers, in 1998, and Flyboy and the Invisible (2001), as well as two picture books, Blow Kid, Blow, illustrated by Jeff Raglus and I Got a Rocket, illustrated by Dean Gorrisen. Matt works in the Forests of the Otway Ranges and has worked as a comedian and radio presenter.

Ben de Quadros-Wander graduated from RMIT s creative advertising course in 2002. Since then he has worked on a variety of creative projects, including producing storyboards for television commercials, illustrating cartoons for magazines and newspapers and designing t-shirts for a Melbourne-based fashion label. He is currently illustrating a series of educational text books for Indonesian primary school students. Ben resides in Melbourne but has travelled extensively he has taught English as a second language overseas and even been an extra in a Bollywood movie.
