Ayman El-Desouky
Dr Ayman El-Desouky is a lecturer in Arabic and Comparative Literature at the School of African and Oriental Studies in London, having also taught at Harvard and John Hopkins. Author of British-Egyptian Relations from Suez to the Present Day, he is currently preparing a study on the conception and practice of Sacred Discourse in modern Arabic literature.
