Caroline Barty

Caroline Barty is a freelance food writer, stylist and home economist. She has several successful cook books, which includes Best Loved Chocolate and Chop for MQ Publications. Caroline is a regular contributor to several food and lifestyle publications, including Caledonia, Good Cooking with Gary Rhodes and You magazine. She has also created a range of recipe cards for Waitrose, the major U.K. supermarket chain.
