Catherine Ellerby

Catherine Ellerby has been writing regularly for Parentalk in recent years. She previously worked as a journalist and a communications manager in the NHS and now works from home. Married to Paul, they currently have three children, the eldest of whom is just embarking on his secondary school career with another not far behind. Catherine is expecting a fourth child early next year.

Nick Daymond (Education Consultant) is Headteacher of Roundwood Park, a mixed comprehensive secondary school in Hertfordshire. He has been teaching for nearly twenty years in the secondary sector and is motivated by the desire to provide the best possible educational opportunities for young people. Married to Kate, they have two children who are still enjoying their years of primary education.
