Chrissie Gallagher-Mundy

Chrissie Gallagher-Mundy trained as a dancer, acrobat and trapeze artist before becoming a fitness instructor and choreographer. She has written several books on health and fitness, including Fat-Burner Workout by Hamlyn, and contributes to magazines such as Bella, GQ Active and Prima. She is currently the director of The London Academy of Personal Fitness.
