Dr Karen Pine is a Reader in Developmental Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire. Prior to gaining her PhD, she spent ten years in advertising and marketing.
Professor Ben Fletcher is head of the School of Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire and the founder of FIT Science, which is the basis of the programme in this book. He gained his doctorate from Oxford University.
