Denise Phillips is a leading name in modern Jewish cookery. She is author of Modern Jewish Food with Style, The Book of Jewish Cooking and, most recently, Flavours of the Jewish Table (2008). Denise writes regular columns for international Jewish newspapers and has made numerous television appearances on ITV, the Carlton Food Channel and UK Food. She runs Denise's Kitchen Cookery School in London, and leads courses at the Institute of Culinary Education and the Jewish Community Center in New York.
