Frances Weetman

Frances is a 2013 Durham University graduate in Economics and Politics. She was part of the Royal Court Theatre's Young Writers' Project. Frances has had paid internships with HSBC and the investment bank Nomura, but decided not to take up a graduate banking job offer to concentrate on film-making and writing. She has made educational films for Durham University and is setting up an independent documentary film-making project whose programmes aim to increase political engagement and young voter turn-out. She is a Fabian Women mentee.
