Harry Eyres

Harry Eyres was for several years a Times drama critic, and has written widely for a number of journals, including The Spectator and Harpers. He has published a number of books on issues ranging from travel to wine with a classical perspective. He is currently poetry editor at The Daily Express, and a regular teacher of US college students. Harry is also a published poet, whose work includes classical translations. He has a background in both classics and English Literature, which makes him ideally suited to write this book.
