Hotel Chocolat is a British chocolatier that has brought quality chocolate to the high street. British entrepreneurs, Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris embarked upon their Hotel Chocolat journey 20 years ago. The company pioneers a 'more cocoa, less sugar' approach to its chocolate, allowing its true flavours to shine through. Their cocoa plantation in St Lucia offers local farmers a sustainable and profitable source of income.
