Jane Barnes, originally a biochemist, is a Sydney-based Accredited Practicing Dietician who runs a large private practice, providing commonsense nutrition solutions to everyday eating problems. She also has been a regular contributor to a number of health and women's magazines. Jane has previously written several books about nutritional issues.
Sydney Pemberton trained at the Cordon Bleu School in London. Syd runs growers' market tours in Sydney and specialist hands-on cooking classes for adult and children. She also has her won successful catering business. Syd has written several books on kitchen and household hints and nine cookbooks, two with Jane Barnes.
