Praise for Just One Pan: Over 100 easy and creative recipes for home cooking: 'Truly delicious. Ten stars' India Knight

  • Jane's recipes are just the sort of unfussy dishes you feel like cooking and eating again and again. - Xanthe Clay, Telegraph columnist

  • I don't have a favourite cookbook as such, more an ever-evolving top five. But there is always at least one volume of Jane Lovett in the mix, most recently Just One Pan, the best one-pan book I've come across. [Jane Lovett] writes really good simple recipes that always work. She's especially good at making a feast out of a small assembly of ingredients that somehow taste like you've done a lot more to them than you actually have . . . you feel in safe hands. - Sunday Times Magazine
