She started working in recipe development and food styling after finishing her diploma course at Leith's School of Food and Wine. She wrote the recipes for The Toblerone Cookbook. Some of her clients include Olive Magazine, Tesco magazine, Slimming World, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's magazine and BBC Good Food magazine.
