MARY CADOGAN is a well-known writer, critic and broadcaster with a special interest in Enid Blyton. She is Editor of the monthly magazine Collectors' Digest, and the author of over a dozen books about children's fiction, including biographies of Richmal Crompton and Frank Richards.
