Mike Haines

Mike Haines is a familiar figure in the book trade, best-known for his design, paper-engineering and production talents. He was born and raised in Nottingham, an only child of an artistic father and mother. He left Nottingham to go to Art School in London, then joined a retail group which is now 'Books etc,' becoming buyer for the group. He joined Penguin as a Special Sales Director, then left to form his own business. He loves gardening, walking, cycling, the theatre, movies and books.
