Robyn Opie is the author of sixty-one children s books, plus three e-books on the subject of writing. Her books have been published around the world and many of her titles have been translated into foreign languages. Robyn co-ordinates a writers group at the SA Writers Centre, and is managing editor of the Children s Fiction Factor website. Robyn lives in Adelaide with her two dogs and thousands of books.
Elise Hurst (nee Fowler) is a full-time artist, living and working in Princes Hill, Victoria. She began painting pastel landscapes while at school and has won many awards for her artwork. Her previous Lothian books include A Dream of Bunyips Dancing (a CBCA Notable Book in 2003), The Elephants Big Day Out, shortlisted for the 2003 Crichton Award; Where s God?, written by Victor Kelleher, a CBCA Notable Book in 2006; Maximilian Jones; and Tough Ol Teddy, published in 2007.
