Dr Saliha Mahmood Ahmed is a Gastroenterology Doctor, winner of MasterChef 2017 and author of Foodology, Khazana, which won the Observer Food Monthly Best Cookbook of the Year 2019, and The Kitchen Prescription. Khazana was also shortlisted for the Travel Cookery Book of the Year in the 2019 Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards and was winner of the Summer Harvest Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2020, in the category Celebrity Chef in English. She is based in London, working for the NHS, and has two children. The 20-Minute Gut Health Fix is her fourth book.
