French 75 Cocktail on Table

FRENCH 75

Ingredients:
15ml gin
10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
100ml chilled champagne or sparkling wine

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice & sugar in the bottom of a champagne coupe and stir.
  2. Top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.

 

Gimlet Cocktails on Tray

GIMLET

Ingredients:
50ml gin
25ml fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons caster sugar 
Ice cubes

  1. Add gin, lime juice, caster sugar and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a glass over ice.
