Alison Stewart

Alison Stewart was born in South Africa and grew up in Cape Town. After studying English and journalism at university, she emigrated to Australia in 1977 and worked as a journalist for publications including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Sun Herald and Harper's Bazaar. Alison has written a number of books for both junior and older readers which have been sold in Italy, Holland and Denmark, including Children's Book Council Notable book, THE WISHING MOON (Random House).
Alison lives in Sydney with her husband and two children.
