DAVID DALEY is of Jamaican parentage and grew up in Coventry, West Midlands working in the family catering business (Gwen's Catering with his mother Gwendolyn, father Lyndon, and his siblings). David passion's for Caribbean food and culture has been inspired by his parents' cooking and frequent visits to the Caribbean to see family and friends.
