With Midnight Sun less than 2 months away, we thought we should celebrate the man (or vampire?) that is Edward Cullen.

These quotes (written by the wonderful Stephenie Meyer) are why we fell in love with a fictional vampire... and were forever ruined for future relationships with mere mortals.

“Twilight, again. Another ending. No matter how perfect the day is, it always has to end.”

“Don't be self-conscious, if I could dream at all, it would be about you. And I'm not ashamed of it.”

“Are you still faint from the run? Or was it my kissing expertise?”

Edward: “Do I dazzle you?”

Bella: “Frequently."

“When I told you that I didn’t want you, it was the very blackest kind of blasphemy.”

"You're my only reason to stay alive... if that's what I am.”

“I coveted you. I had no right to want you--but I reached out and took you anyway. And now look what's become of you! Trying to seduce a vampire.”

“Take care of my heart, I've left it with you.”

“No measure of time with you will be long enough, but we'll start with forever.”

Bella: “Why am I covered in feathers?"

Edward: "I bit a pillow. Or two...”
