David McWhir

David McWhir is a management and training consultant with 23 years experience of working with people of all ages and cultures in over 20 different countries. Combining his experience with an MA (Hons) Psychology degree, David spends his time helping private, public and not for profit organisations in identifying and maximising the talent and potential of their people.

He has particular interests in the development of networking skills and on inter-generational communication within business.

Particularly in the economic downturn, David has seen many of those people seeking a new position struggle to get noticed by recruiting decision makers. In writing his book on creating a successful CV, David has condensed all the practical advice needed to create an effective CV in the modern world of work.
