David McWhir is a management and training consultant with 23 years experience of working with people of all ages and cultures in over 20 different countries. Combining his experience with an MA (Hons) Psychology degree, David spends his time helping private, public and not for profit organisations in identifying and maximising the talent and potential of their people.
