Jay Catsby
"Jay Catsby" (aka Mark Davison) is an award-winning copywriter, creative, and narrative designer who has written for food and drink brands such as Aperol, Campari, William Grant & Sons, Lavazza, Aldi, and Waitrose.
Mark splits his time between the cat cafes of London and the mountains of Colorado, where he makes time between writing to explore the trails leading to and from his favourite restaurants.
