Join us in-store here at BOOK FACE Erina as we celebrate the new children’s picture book from author and illustrator Melissa-Jane Fogarty, One Word.

A poignant and moving story about reclaiming language and the enduring power of love, told though the eyes of a little girl on a quest to learn her grandfather's hidden first language.

Inspired by the author's own experiences, One Word is one little girl's story about discovering her grandfather's first Aboriginal language, and his journey towards reclaiming that language.

This event will be hosted by BOOK FACE Erina. Melissa-Jane will be in conversation with fellow author Fiona Lloyd (Being Jimmy Baxter), and will be available to sign copies at the conclusion of the talk.

The event will begin at 6pm sharp. Some nibbles and drink will be provided on the night.
