Joel Fleishman
Joel L. Fleishman is Professor of Law and Public Policy at Duke University. From 1993 to 2001, Mr. Fleishman served as President of the Atlantic Philanthropic Service Company, the U.S. affiliate of Atlantic Philanthropies.
