Prep time 5 minutes, plus soaking time | Serves 2
Ingredients
1 small ripe banana
4 tbsp rolled oats (about 30g)
100ml milk of choice
100g full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
40g berries (such as blueberries, raspberries or strawberries)
Method
1. Put the banana in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds and maple syrup, if using, and mix to combine.
3. Divide between two bowls and place in the fridge overnight.
4. Top with the berries and an extra sprinkle of chia seeds before serving.
