Tom Sellers

Tom Sellers is the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant, Story London. Expelled from school at 16, he found part-time work at a pub and fell in love with food. He has trained under some of the world's best and most respected chefs, including Tom Aikens, Thomas Keller, Adam Byatt and RenA Redzepi. Influenced by Tom's fascination with the narrative side of food, his restaurant Story creates a personal journey for each diner. The menu served has been crafted and inspired by the memories and significance that food holds, and guests are encouraged to leave behind a book to evoke inspiration in others.
