Sundered Lands, For National Curriculum Key Stage 2, Fiction, Children's Fiction, Fantasy & magical realism (Children's / Teenage)

Celebrated author Allan Frewin Jones and Redwall illustrator Gary Chalk have created a rollicking romp of a quest.

Trundle Boldoak is off on an adventure - whether he likes it or not! Esmeralda Lightfoot knows he is the one to help her find the six lost crowns of the Badger Lords of Old, scattered throughout the Sundered Lands: an archipelago of islands adrift in the sky.

Before Trundle can finish his cabbage tea, they're off in a windship bound for strange and distant worlds - with the fearsome Captain Grizzletusk and his pirates hot on their heels!

Allan Frewin Jones

Allan was born under the kitchen floor of a derelict house in south-east London. At the age of nine, he inherited a typewriter and, for want of anything better to do, began to write stories. He had his first book published at the age of one hundred and three; lots more followed. He has a German wife, an English cat and a collection of old Beano annuals.
