Photos of adorable sloths illustrate a mindfulness book that reminds us to slow down and appreciate the small things.

Lucy Cooke and Laura Webber are psychologists specialising in child feeding. They met at the Health Behaviour Research Centre at University College London and discovered a mutual interest in the development of children s food preferences and eating behaviour. Together they developed and tested techniques aimed at helping parents and carers of young children to foster healthy eating habits and to take the worry and stress out of mealtimes.
