Praise for Aunt Nasty

  • The greatest compliment for any author is the simple selection of their book for the nightly ritual that is the bedtime story. For two months now, my six year old daughter has consistently chosen Aunt Nasty as her pre-slumber tale of choice ... Every. Single. Night.

  • She delights not only in the fantastical story and colourful illustrations, but also in the ease with which she has begun to be able to take over the act of reading the story - transforming from a passive listener to an active and confident reader.
