Greetings from across the Nine Realms!
Grab yourself a spot on the Settee of Interdimensional Contemplation, slick back those eyebrows, and prepare for science, adventure, curiosity and creativity.
The world of Wednesday Weeks is all about combining science with magic – and there’s nothing more magic than seeing students switched on to reading, thinking, creating and experimenting.
Our aim with this series was to create characters and stories that spark imagination – and to support a joyful relationship with science and innovation.
Whether you’re teaching literacy, technology, science, maths or HASS, there’s something in the Wednesday Weeks universe for you: from hands-on science to creative writing prompts and everything in between. You and your students will love diving deep into Wednesday’s world (and her slug swamp).
Please contact us with any questions, student work (we love to see it) and sausage donut recipes: childrens.books@hachette.com.au or use #WednesdayWeeks on social media!
Until the next adventure,
Denis and Cristy
