Describe Live a Beautiful Life in one sentence: a book full of my favourite things; recipes, quotes, beauty tips and workouts.

What I hope people will learn from my book is: that being fit and healthy isn't boring or hard!

The best part of writing Live a Beautiful Life was ... seeing it slowly come together over time and being part of every process. It was a really rewarding experience!

As a child my favourite book was ... The Magic Faraway Tree and The Wishing-Chair by Enid Blyton.

My favourite place to curl up with a book is ... my bed, with a cup of green tea.
