Camilla Stephens
A graduate of Leiths School of Food and Wine, Camilla Stephens began her culinary career as head of food development for the Seattle Coffee Company (now Starbucks). In 2003, she set up her own company with husband James, and Higgidy was born. Quickly recognised as one of the fastest-growing UK companies, the Higgidy kitchens now produce over 175,000 award-winning pies and quiches every week.
