FRENCH 75
Ingredients:
15ml gin
10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
100ml chilled champagne or sparkling wine
- Combine gin, lemon juice & sugar in the bottom of a champagne coupe and stir.
- Top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
GIMLET
Ingredients:
50ml gin
25ml fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons caster sugar
Ice cubes
- Add gin, lime juice, caster sugar and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a glass over ice.
